How I'd book your calls with US tech companies

Founders, CTOs, engineering leaders and heads of talent at US tech companies that are hiring, booked onto your calendar. You pay only for calls that happen, with the right person.

From your post: end to end

How it works: who does what

Cold email, one company at a time, from finding them to the booked call. Everything above the line is mine.

  1. Agree who counts, on one call

The titles, the company size and the kind of tech roles you place. Those same rules decide the list and the bill.

    Both
  2. Find US tech companies that are hiring

My own system looks for companies with open engineering or tech roles posted right now, then finds the founder, CTO, engineering leader or head of talent at each, with their work email.

    Me
  3. Check every email before it's sent

Each address goes through MillionVerifier. Only the ones marked valid get emailed, so nothing bounces back on you.

  4. Write each email for that one company

Three short emails. Each one opens with a line about that company and the roles it's hiring for. You approve them once before anything sends.

  5. Send from new domains, never yours

Separate domains and inboxes, warmed up first, so your main domain is never at risk.

    Me
  6. Answer replies and book the call

On your calendar link, with a line on what the call is about and a reminder the day before.

  7. You take over here
  8. The call and everything after it

I never pitch your service or take the call.

    You
  9. Flag a call within 2 days if it didn't count

One line on a shared sheet. A flagged call is free.

From your post: weekly updates

What you see each week, and what I need to start

A shared sheet lists every booked call: who, when, and whether it counted. Each week you also get a short update with emails sent, replies and calls booked.

  1. Your story. The roles you place, who you've placed them for, and what makes you different.
  2. A calendar link I can book into, and who takes the calls.
  3. One 30-minute call to agree the titles, company size and roles that count.
  4. A yes on three emails, once, before anything sends.
Pricing

Pricing, and what counts as a billable call

You asked for qualified sales meetings. That's exactly what I bill for, and nothing else.

Per call $250

For each call that happens and meets all five rules below. Billed once a month.

Setup, once Agreed on a call

The domains, inboxes, warmup and first list. Fixed, so you know it upfront.

A call is billable when all five are true

  • The right title: founder, CEO, CTO, engineering leader or head of talent.
  • A company that fits: a US tech company hiring for the roles you place.
  • They said yes in writing to a call about hiring with you.
  • They showed up, on video or phone.
  • Your first call with that company. Follow-ups are free.

Week 1

Setup

Our call, domains and inboxes, the list, your yes on the emails.

Weeks 2 to 3

Warmup

New inboxes build a sending history before any cold email goes out.

After that

Calls

Emails go out daily and calls land on your calendar.

From your post: a track record

Similar work

I run this same system for my own business, with my own lists, domains and copy.

Best campaign 3% reply rate

Owners of US precision machine shops.

List quality 1.1% bounce rate

Across all my campaigns. Every address is checked before it's loaded.

From your post: Sweden and LinkedIn

US first, then Sweden and LinkedIn

I'd start with US companies by email, where I can move fastest. Sweden needs a check on EU email rules before the first send, and LinkedIn outreach is a separate piece of work. Both are worth talking through once the US calls are landing.

Ready when you are

Send me a few times that work here on Upwork. On the call we agree who counts, and I start on the list that week.
